The Black Bear Lake is a huge area (33 acres) which is ideal for Camping. In fact, it is one of New Jersey's favorite Camping Grounds for Children and the Youth.
Black Bear Lake is located at 547 Stagecoach Rd., Millstone, New Jersey 08510
We left our hometown of Edison at around 10:30 in the morning and we arrived at the Lake almost an hour later.
After we parked the car, we went straight to the Entrance and presented our Tickets. There were five (5) of us. Each ticket costs $5.00 and will entitle us to free entrance, use of facilities, entertainment, Buffet, and Fun Foods. Our friend invited us to join them on this day and I felt we were lucky to go to Black Bear Lake and enjoy an All-Inclusive Package.
Black Bear Lake has the following facilities: Heated Swimming Pools, Private Lake with Giant Inflatable Aqua Park and Pedal Boats, Tike Beach with Lounge Chairs, Multiple Sports Fields, and Sports, Sports Equipment Provided, Towels Provided Poolside for Guests.
For Entertainment, there are 24' Rockwall, Bounce Castle, World of Sports Game, and an Outdoor Laser Tag on 5 Acre Wooded Field. They also have a Photographer that can take your Picture/Souvenir.
What I like the most at Black Bear Lake? Photography. I just use my creativity to capture the beauty of the Lake and its forest area. I wish I had enough time to go beyond this area, pictured above, so I can enjoy walking and discover more of the Lake area beyond this point.

I ate at the Buffet Tent from lunch, snacks, and more snacks. It was a never-ending "chow", so to speak. If the Buffet Tent will close at around four o'clock in the afternoon, the other kiosks are open to serve snacks for free. I also had ice cream, popcorn, frozen drinks, "coiled" bread (sorry I forgot the name, haha), and cotton candy, among others. My grandchildren enjoyed these too.
I also watched my grandchildren and their friends play in the Entertainment Area as well as enjoyed other Facilities other than Swimming.
All at the price of $5.00. By the way, the Black Bear Lake is managed by the Millstone Township.
