 NAPA VALLEY

Today, we feature the wine tasting adventure and revisit to Napa Valley in California, of our feature traveler and photographer Joy and friends.

Together with a few of her high school classmates, Joy joined them at Napa Valley to experience their first time Wine Tasting Day.

What is Napa Valley?

Well, for our friends who have not been to Napa Valley, here is a short information about this beautiful winery area in California that dates back its history in the 1858 when John Patchett opened a commercial vineyard and opened a commercial wine cellar in the area. "Sa totoo lang, waley knowledge si Lolo nyo parte kay Mr. Patchett, just this info available sa Wikipedia."

For more information, please click the link below. O' malawig nga balasahon ina but just try if you have the time.

How to get there?

Let's agree that you are driving from SanFo. The best way to do is use your Google and other tools to help you reach Napa Valley.

I mean your GPS. Miss "Australian Karen" is the voice you hear on GPS. She is an expert guide to enable you to reach Napa Valley. She has a good voice too, haha. Just bear with her if she sometimes redirects you to the road, you think is new to you. She just wants you to avoid Traffic or give you a short route. O' di ba, ok si Karen?

But if Wayze is your peg, or the voice that you like is the one on Waze, then I would like you to hear the voice of Keith Morrison. She will give you directions so you can reach Napa Valley. Keith is a longtime NBC's Dateline Correspondent with a good voice. Now you know.

Keith or Karen, it's all up to you.

Napa Valley is so huge place and there are so many spots that offer hospitality or tourism services to all tourists and travelers. Examples are hotels, restaurants, tours, day life and night life.

Where to sleep?

It is not a problem. If you have friend who wants to host you for a few days, that would be a good idea. But, hotels in Napa Valley are as many as the wineries there (400 wineries) and more hotels that ranges from budget hotels to luxury hotels. Make your pick.
